What is conventional public housing?
The conventional public housing program provides rental assistance to low-income and moderate-income families and individuals.
DHA owns and manages all rental units offered under this program.

How big are the units?
Units range in size from efficiencies (0 bedrooms with living area, kitchen and bath) to five bedroom units.
How much is rent?
Rent is based on income. Utilities are based on apartment size and charged at a rate set by TXU, the local utility provider.
